Lala's Style of the Day

  • Black and white checkered tunic top: Charlotte Russe $5
  • Club Monaco red pencil skirt that I shall call my sausage skirt because I feel like a stuffed sausage in it but I don't care because it's wonderful: 0.85 local thrift, I didn't realize the slit was quite high. Good thing I wore tights.
  • Tights: 99 cent store
  • Motorcycle-esque jacket: 0.50 local thrift
  • Yellow Belt: tjmaxx $2
  • Cole Haan Loafers: $2 st. vinnies

I love finding new places to take pictures at. It's my "it"-hobby of the moment.

So another Monday has come and gone. I just want to yell, "STOP" and the world will freeze and I can just take some time to breathe in the nice LA pollution. It's a rare occassion to get the time to breathe in quality air. I just want to sit on the grass, have a picnic, and stare into the sky or watch the red leaves fall. I want to go hiking.

Anyways, today was a typical Monday. One class, then some stairmaster-ing at the gym (boy is that machine a big bully! Makes me sweat like a pig), newspaper graphics which ended up being just sitting there logging in and logging out because I had no graphics to work on, then library photo-shooting, then random computer blog surfing on the express 10 minute computer stations, then a meeting and then group projecting, then showering, and then more group projecting, then talking, and more talking and cell phone-ing and now blogging.

That's a lot of "ings" for one day. I think we should take a deep breath and just let are mind rest in peace for a while. I'll start now..........................................

I love your red pencil skirt. I've been searching for the right one. I have one already but it's not the right length, a bit too short and the fabric is kinda blegh.

i went to a thrift store in my neighborhood a few days ago and they wanted 30 bucks for a pair of secondhand shoes
