This outfit is perfect - the best way to incorporate a bra top into an outfit. And for so cheap too!
I also completely agree with what you said in your post about dressing up. I like to wear tights and dresses more than jeans and a sweatshirt, and people always ask why I'm "dressed up," especially on the weekend.
