The Happiest Place On Earth

Yesterday I spent 66 dollars for 12 hours of happiness. That does not include the bread I had for lunch and the cardboard like pizza I had for dinner. Was it worth my 2/3rd of an month's allowance? Umm...it's debatable, but it was still fun.

Oh, if you haven't figured it out, I went to Disneyland.

So I went with my friend who I shall call SexyJ because that's what she told me to call her. I didn't know if she was serious or not, but sucks for her because that will be her name for now on on this blog. She invited me and sadly she was the only one I knew because she invited her other friends as well. But that's okay right? Time to get my socializing skills out there. Too bad I lack them. It wasn't that bad. I put my best effort forward and thankfully did not encounter any awkward moments. Or so I thought.

We went on a lot of rides. I got a little bored of them after. I don't know, I just find that sparkle in Disneyland anymore. I'm an old fart. Halfway through the day, I wanted to leave and take a nap. It's something that I could only imagine my old papa doing. But I didn't want to leave. I had to make my $66 worth it. I wanted to get around $5 an hour which I guess isn't too bad if I just keep thinking about it.

But still, it was a lot of fun.

Me with my fabulous Mickey hat and SexyJ with her war hat.

Gigantic Christmas tree with lots of gigantic ornaments.

Small World with Christmas lights!! It's so pretty inside.

The castle with lights. So pretty.

I guess the $66 was also worth it because at night, I got to see snow. Granted it was fake foam snow spewing out of the light posts, but I will take the fake snow because here in Southern California, snow is a foreign thought.

Wow! Disneyland. I went to Disney(World) when I was little. The closest thing we have here is Canada's Wonderland. Give me your address-I'll mail you some snow. ha!
And the Orange Julius- it was so Christmas-Crrrrazy in the mall that the server forgot we didn't pay and we hightailed it for the escalator!
