Hm.

My mom says I got fat.

wonderful.

I think my blog is dying.

For now that is.

We'll see when I get back to reality in two months.

Until then, see you in dreamland.

Asian parents are so blunt like that. And it'd be a shame to see this blog die. Maybe you'll feel differently once you return to the US.

My mom says I am getting chubby. I take it as an excuse to buy new things that fit my new chubby self.

Curves are an asset, in my book. Unless they make you end up at Curves, a la Jenny Craig, which will only cost you money and grief!

You're not fat and we love you and don't let the blog die! You're, like, my hero! I want to travel like you have when I'm your age. (I'm 14.)

. . . but of course you deserve a break. I just realized that my previous comment makes me sound like a stalker, I'm not, it's just that you're amazing. :-) Amazing people deserve rest and breaks.

ahhhh so cruel!! i think it's definaitely an asian thing though... my best friend is malaysian/chinese and compared to her cousins etc yeah she's bigger but that cos they're all super skinny!!

she went to a family wedding and all her aunties (aunties and 'aunties' you know what i mean...) were grabbing the top of her arms saying she was a fatty!!

you're not though... you look pretty perfect to me! :)

Everyone neglects their blog at some point because they're either too busy or because its too demanding sometimes..

Don't worry, we'll wait for you until you're all sorted out :)

To asian parents, being over a size 2 is fat. Its okay, we love you anyways [response to your blog 'dying']

Mothers are like that. For mine, there's approximately a half-stone weight which is ideal and I'm too fat if I'm over that, or too skinny if I'm under it. Don't worry, it's all about being happy (as long as you're not MORBIDLY obese, which you're not, judging my recent photos!).
